I've been a competitive debater since I was a teen. But juggling debate while in grad school is hard! I find myself jumping time zones most weekends, and my friends have no idea where or when I might end up. I use Agenda Hero for syncing chaotic schedules, and it keeps me in touch with the most important people in my life.

If there's a musical or a choir concert in town, there's a good chance my kids are on stage and I'm in the wings taking photos for our community theater. With two busy kids and a spouse who travels for work, our who's-where-when gets complicated fast. We live in a shared family calendar, with a printed copy on the fridge so nobody misses what matters. It's exactly why I built Agenda Hero.
You'll usually find my family at a playground we haven't tried yet, or at whatever kids' event is happening nearby. We keep our own schedule in Agenda Hero, plus a shared calendar of fun local events for friends and neighbors.
My days run on movement. I'm building my own strength training routine, coaching others, and sharing new ways to move with my community on social. Add family and home to that, and there's a lot to keep track of. Agenda Hero puts it all in one place, so I spend less time tracking and more time being present.
In my spare time I write music and play shows with my band, so a lot of my calendar is tour routing and getting the whole crew in the same place. I plan our tours in Agenda Hero, and the text reminders keep everyone on the same page. Getting to build a tool I use every day is the best part of the job.
Tennis, concerts, a new restaurant, or a living room full of make-believe with my family. My life is busy, full, and shared with a lot of people. Agenda Hero is my dream calendar: I build my life in one place, then share the right parts with the right people.
I love to apply AI to problems that used to need a person squinting at a PDF. I have opinions about Daylight Saving Time that are not suitable for a team page and am already dreading Coordinated Lunar Time.
