They're for the same person. Free is the capped version, Plus takes the limits off. On Free, Magic converts unlimited typed or pasted text into events, plus 10 PDF or image uploads to get you started. Plus makes Magic unlimited across every source, adds AI edits by chat, unlimited co-editors, and more.
Which plan is for me, and which is for organizations?
Free, Plus and Family are personal plans, for one person or a household who live and plan together. Organizations is our business plan, for teams, schools, clubs and companies that create calendars across a group and share them with an audience.
Can I use Agenda Hero for free forever?
Yes. Free is a real plan, not a trial, with no time limit and no credit card to start. Magic is included from day one, and anyone you share a calendar with views it for free, forever.
Who is Organizations for?
Organizations is our plan for teams and businesses: schools, studios, clubs, troops, and companies that put their events in front of an audience. It adds your brand on every calendar, branded URL calendar links, and includes onboarding with our team.
Do the people I share with have to pay?
No. Collaborators and viewers of a public calendar link are free.
