To chat with your AI assistant about your calendars, mention a calendar by the name it has in Agenda Hero, then ask the way you'd ask a friend:

- "When is the next early dismissal on the Lincoln Elementary calendar?"
- "Here's Coach Kim's spring schedule. Add the games to the Soccer calendar." Paste it in, or share a photo of it.
- "Look at next week on the Family calendar and suggest easy dinners for the nights we have practice."

For schools, PTAs, and teachers

If your school's calendar lives in Agenda Hero, whoever keeps it up to date can now make those changes in a sentence, from the same assistant that helps write the newsletter. Families who've added your calendar get the update automatically, with no new PDF to send.
Your assistant can also generate helpful summaries from the events on your calendar. For example, writing the upcoming events section of this week's newsletter, or providing a quick answer when a parent asks about conference dates.

New to Agenda Hero? Make your first calendar free, then connect it.
In ChatGPT, Agenda Hero is in the plugin directory. Open Agenda Hero in ChatGPT, select Install plugin, and follow the prompts to sign in to Agenda Hero and choose Allow access.
In Claude, for now you add Agenda Hero as a custom connector. It takes a few minutes:

What is a connector?
A connector lets your AI assistant work with another app, with your permission. Once Agenda Hero is connected, your assistant can look up and update your Agenda Hero calendars whenever you ask. Behind the scenes, it uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), the open standard that assistants like Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to other apps.
Which assistants does it work with?
Currently, Claude and ChatGPT are supported. In ChatGPT, Agenda Hero is in the plugin directory. Claude custom connectors are available on every plan, including free plans, and a connector you add on the web or in the desktop app works in Claude's mobile apps too. Using Claude or ChatGPT through work or school? Your admin may need to add or allow the connector first. Support for Muse, Meta's new AI agent, is on the way. Using a different assistant? What if I don't use an AI assistant?
No problem. Agenda Hero Magic is built into every calendar you make. Drop in text, a photo, or a PDF, and it becomes calendar events. Then keep talking to it to make changes.
Do I need a paid Agenda Hero plan?
No. The connector works with any Agenda Hero account, including a free one.
What can the assistant do in Agenda Hero?
It can look up your calendars and events, add events (one at a time, or a whole schedule at once), change them, including making them repeat, and remove them. It has the same access you do: it can read any calendar you can open from your dashboard, and it can only change calendars you're allowed to edit.
Can it change events that come from my school's calendar or my Google Calendar?
It can read them, but it can't reschedule or remove them. Events your calendar brings in from somewhere else are managed where they live, so your school's dates stay exactly as the school published them.
Are changes saved right away?
Yes. Agenda Hero saves each change the moment your assistant makes it. A change to a repeating event applies to the whole series, and a removed event can't be restored, so be specific when you ask.
Who's in control?
You are. Nothing is connected until you sign in to Agenda Hero and choose Allow access, and that screen lists exactly what the assistant will be able to do. You can turn the connector off, or remove it from your assistant, anytime.
