Forward any email to [email protected] and Agenda Hero pulls out the dates and emails the events back to you within minutes. Add them to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Agenda Hero. With the 2026 midterm elections on Tuesday, November 3, it's an easy way to get voting dates from your inbox onto your calendar. We've also made a free 2026 Midterm Election Calendar with important voting dates and deadlines for all 50 states.
Please verify voting deadlines, eligibility requirements, and polling information with your state or local election office, as rules and information may change.
Why put election dates on your calendar?
There is a lot to keep track of before November 3.
Can you vote early in your state? When is the deadline to register to vote? How do you request an absentee ballot? When does a mail-in ballot need to be returned? What time do the polls open and close?
Every state has different rules, dates, and deadlines, and the information is scattered across many places. Keeping track of it all can feel like a job in itself, and then the emails start arriving: your town's updated voting information, an invitation to hear a candidate speak, a notice about a local debate.
So we made it easier.
- No retyping: Forward the email, and Agenda Hero finds the dates for you.
- Only what you need: Add a note like "only the early voting dates," and the rest stays out.
- Check before you add: Preview the original email next to the events Agenda Hero found.
- The calendar you already use: Send dates to Google, Apple, Outlook, or Agenda Hero.
- Nothing to install: If you can forward an email, you can use it.
No manually entering dates. No digging through your inbox for that one email. No trying to remember where you saw something important.
How do I add election dates from an email to my calendar?
- Find the email with the dates, like a voting update from your town or an invitation to a candidate forum.
- Forward it to [email protected].
- Want only some of the dates? Add a note above the forwarded message, like "only the early voting dates and Election Day."
- Check your inbox.
- Open the results, review them, and add them to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Agenda Hero.
Tip: Save [email protected] as a contact so it's there whenever you hit Forward.

What about a flyer, image, or PDF?
Agenda Hero reads the text in the body of an email, not attachments. For a flyer, an image, or a PDF with voting dates or event details, upload it in the Agenda Hero app or at agendahero.com/magic, and Agenda Hero turns it into calendar events the same way.

Where can I check my state's voting rules?
Always confirm with official sources before you vote:

These are the best places to check your registration, find your polling place, and confirm deadlines, polling hours, and absentee ballot rules.
