Forward any email to [email protected] and Agenda Hero pulls out the event details and emails them back to you almost instantly. Add them to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Agenda Hero. If the email is full of events, tell Agenda Hero which ones you want, and it leaves out the rest.
Why turn emails into calendar events?
We get emails every day with dates tucked inside them. A dental reminder, hotel and flight confirmation, meeting request, the school newsletter and the town's weekly update.
The event is in there, sprinkled between paragraphs of other text, waiting for someone to pull it out. So you open your calendar, start a new event, and copy over the date, time, and place by hand. Then you do it again for the next email. It's invisible work, and it adds up.

How do I turn an email into calendar events?
- Find the email with the event details, like an appointment reminder, a reservation, or a newsletter.

- Want only some of the events? Add a note above the forwarded message, like "only send events about recycling."
- Check your inbox. Agenda Hero emails your events back within a few minutes.
- Open the results, review them, and add them to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Agenda Hero.

Can I choose which events I get back?
Yes. When an email holds lots of events, write a note when you forward it telling Agenda Hero which ones you want. Everything else is left out.
Say your town sends a weekly update every Friday, packed with everything happening around town. You only care about recycling dates, because your program is changing. Forward the email to [email protected] with "only send events that have to do with recycling," and that's all you get back.

What happens when I open my results?
Click the results in the email Agenda Hero sends you, and you'll land on your Magic results page. There you can preview the original email next to the events Agenda Hero found, so you can check that everything is accurate before it goes on your calendar or edit events before adding.
From there, it's everything you already love about Agenda Hero Magic. Send your events straight to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Agenda Hero.

Can I forward an email with lots of events in it?
