Add sources to a planner
Pull another Agenda Hero calendar, a Google account, or an ICS feed onto a planner and keep it updated.
A source brings another calendar's events onto a planner and keeps them updated. The events go on being maintained where they already live, so removing a source takes them off the planner and changes nothing at the origin.
Adding one
Open Customize, choose Sources, then Add a source.

Adding another Agenda Hero page or planner is free. Connecting Google or an ICS link requires Plus.
How often a source updates
An Agenda Hero source updates instantly. There is no sync step and no delay, because the planner reads the same events as the calendar you added rather than a copy of them. A change made on the source calendar is on the planner without waiting for anything. This is also why an Agenda Hero source has no Refresh button: there is nothing to refresh.
An outside calendar is a copy, so it has to be fetched. Those refresh on a schedule, every few hours, and a connected Google calendar also refreshes when Google reports a change.
Refresh pulls an outside calendar immediately. It is rate limited, so a second refresh straight after the first is refused until the cooldown passes.
Source defaults
Each source sets defaults for the events it contributes: an emoji, a category, who the events belong to, and labels. A preview beside the controls shows how a card from that source will look. The category also sets the source's name and color on the planner.
An emoji set here applies over any emoji the events arrived with. A per-event change still wins.
Filtering by source
The planner's Filter control has a Sources tab, so a view can be narrowed to one source without removing the others.
Removing a source
Open the source and choose Remove. The events it contributed leave the planner. Nothing is removed from the calendar the source came from.
