Plans and pricing
The four Agenda Hero plans, who each is for, and which limits differ between them.
Agenda Hero has four plans: Free, Plus, Family, and Organizations. Current prices and the full feature comparison are on the pricing page.
The plans
- Free creates unlimited events from typed or pasted text, includes 10 image and PDF uploads, and adds events to Google, Apple, and Outlook. Calendars are capped at 2 views, 2 collaborators, and 1 color palette, and are shared privately.
- Plus removes the upload limit, adds AI edits by chat, and lifts the caps on views, collaborators, and synced sources. It adds public link sharing and every color palette.
- Family includes 6 Plus accounts, a shared space for them, and text message reminders to US numbers.
- Organizations includes 5 Plus accounts and adds your logo, branded URL calendar links, and calendars shared across the organization. It also includes onboarding and setup with the Agenda Hero team.

Creating events from typed or pasted text is unlimited on every plan, Free included. There is no monthly conversion limit and no cap on how many events a calendar can hold.
Text message reminders are on the Family plan only. They are not part of Organizations.
Seats
Family and Organizations plans include a number of Plus accounts. One is needed by anyone who edits a calendar. Nobody needs one to read a calendar you have shared with them, because subscribing to a shared link does not require an account at all.
Changing plans
Change your plan from Subscription in your account settings.
