Planners
A planner is a calendar page in Agenda Hero: one set of events, shown through as many views as you need.
A planner holds one set of events and displays them through one or more views. Changing a view changes how the events are shown, not which events exist.
Making one
- From the dashboard, choose Make a new calendar.
- From Magic, choose Add to Agenda Hero and then Add to new calendar. See Add events to an Agenda Hero calendar.
Getting events onto it
| Way | Page |
|---|---|
| Send a batch from Magic | Add events to an Agenda Hero calendar |
| Pull in another calendar and keep it updated | Add sources to a planner |
| Paste text or drop in a file on the planner | Add, then Upload or paste to create events |
| Describe a change and watch it apply | Add, then Chat with your calendar to edit |
What is on the page
- View as switches between the planner's views.
- Filter narrows what is shown by category, who, label, or source. It changes the display only.
- The date controls move the view through the calendar.
- Share and Customize are in the header. Customize is available on desktop, to people who can edit, and not in the published view.
