Send events to an external calendar

Connect a Google account, or use a one-time link, an email invite, or an ICS feed to reach any other calendar.

External calendars fall into two groups: an account you connect once, and links that copy an event across a single time.

Connecting a Google account

Choose Add to Google and sign in. Agenda Hero asks for permission to read your calendar list and to write events. Both are required: without them the account does not appear as a destination.

After connecting, pick which calendar receives the events. Read-only calendars are listed last and cannot receive events.

Changes to the events you sent land in Google within about 15 minutes. Events you add to the batch afterwards are not sent automatically, so send them again.

These open the event in your calendar for you to save. Each one is a one-time copy, so later changes in Agenda Hero do not reach it.

Email invite

Email invite sends a calendar invite to your inbox. Accepting it puts the event in whichever calendar your mail client uses. The invite updates if the event changes.

ICS feed

Other produces an ICS feed URL that any calendar can subscribe to. Changes reach a subscribed calendar within 24 to 48 hours, which is set by the subscribing calendar rather than by Agenda Hero.

Inviting guests

The Google form accepts a comma-separated list of email addresses. Google Calendar sends those invites, not Agenda Hero.
