What to include#

• What you expected and what happened instead
• The source you gave Magic, as a screenshot or the original text, if the problem was with the events it created
• Which calendar you were adding events to: Google, Apple, Outlook, or Office 365
• Where you were working: the website, the Chrome extension, or a phone

Check first#

• Events at the wrong hour: see Create events from text for what to state about time zones.
• Events that did not appear: see Add events to a calendar for what each destination does after the first send.
