Time zones are one of the most frustrating parts of scheduling.
Is that 7 pm my time or their time?
Did I already convert this… or am I about to show up an hour early?
Why does something so basic require so much mental math?
If you've ever double-checked an event three times just to be sure, you're not alone.
The problem with time zones
Our calendars are meant to help us feel organized and confident.
But when time zones enter the picture, calendars often do the opposite:
- They make us pause
- They force mental math
- They introduce doubt
And mistakes aren't just frustrating. They can mean missed meetings, early wake-ups, or late arrivals.
How Agenda Hero uses AI to fix this
With Agenda Hero, you don't need to calculate or convert anything yourself.
Just give us the event in its original local date and time.
Our AI automatically:
- Understands the source time zone
- Converts it to your local time
- Shows you the conversion, so you understand it
- Creates calendar events you can trust
Whether you're traveling, coordinating across regions, or scheduling something far from home, the time shows up correctly, without mental math.
What this looks like in practice
- A school event listed in Eastern Time, added while you're traveling on the West Coast
- A webinar you plan to attend is listed in a different time zone
- A flight that leaves in your time zone, but returns from a different one
Why this matters
You should spend your time enjoying what's in your calendar, not working so hard to store it.
Calendars should handle the complexity of time so you can focus on what matters: showing up, being present, and enjoying your time.
Time zone conversion might seem small, but removing that friction adds up to peace of mind and more joy.
That's the magic. ✨
FAQ
How does Agenda Hero know which time zone to use?
Agenda Hero will infer the timezone based on the location of the event if one is listed, or use the specific time zone if it is included.
Will the time stay correct if I change locations later?
Yes. The calendar entry will be created in the time zone of the actual event, and will automatically adjust to the correct time zone for your calendar. Can I convert multiple events at once?
Yes, you can make multiple events in the same time zone, or multiple events in different time zones. Agenda Hero is intelligent enough to parse the information event by event.
