Every year, billions of hours are spent retyping schedules that were made in docs, sheets, and PDFs. Tools that were never meant for calendars.
Think about the last schedule you received. A season of games. A class calendar. The spirit week flyer. Somebody made it in a doc, exported it, and sent it out. Then everyone who received it typed it into their own calendar, one event at a time.
This is not working.
So we made a better way. Say hello to Dates by Agenda Hero.
So simple, it's Magic
Agenda Hero Magic is built into every calendar you make. Drop in text, a photo, or a PDF, and it becomes fully formed calendar events. Then keep talking to it.
- "Add the dates from my school calendar PDF to my calendar." → 42 events added to your calendar.
- "Game was rained out today. Move it to Tuesday, 5 pm, new location, Nichols Field." → Game moved to Tuesday, 5 PM. Location is now Nichols Field.
- "Add Spirit Week and prefix every event title with Emma:" → Spirit Week added. Every event now starts with Emma:
- "Just got a jury duty postcard in the mail. Add it to my calendar, with all the details." → Jury duty and a time to call the night before are on your calendar.
No forms. No fields. No dozens of little boxes to fill in.
Printable. Digital. Shareable.
Make it once. Use it everywhere.
- Printable. Print it as often as you like. It automatically resizes based on your content. Beautiful on purpose.
- Digital. Pull it up on any phone, tablet, or laptop. Layouts change dynamically based on the size of the device.
- Shareable. Create once, share with anyone. Update the soccer tournament, and it changes on the team calendar, the family calendar, and Grandma's.
Every calendar, together
Bring it all in. Little league, basketball, the school year, another Agenda Hero calendar. Connect Google, Apple, and Outlook too. Every plan in one place.
Hide the noise. Third-grade choir concert when you have a second grader? Poof. Hide it. Agenda Hero is the only platform we know of that lets you do this, even with feeds.
Small details. Big joy.
You’ll love the small details that are possible with a platform built intentionally for schedules.
- Shaded days for no school, vacation, or anything else you want to highlight.
- Joyful colors make your calendars digestible.
- Many layouts let you see your plan in the way that makes sense for you.
- Text reminders, on the Family plan, so nobody forgets it’s green shirt day.
- Start your week on Sunday or Monday, it’s up to you.
- Display your way with many style choices that make it your own.
A plan for anything
If it has dates, it belongs here.
- School calendars. Dates for families, teachers, and staff.
- Family calendars. Everyone's activities in one place.
- Team calendars. Practices, games, and tournaments.
- Carpool calendars. Who is driving, and when.
- Birthday calendars. Birthdays, anniversaries, and the dates nobody should miss.
- Any calendar. Offsites, marketing plans, family milestones, any plan you share.
Make Time. Together.
You can write together in docs.
You can budget together in spreadsheets.
You can pitch together in slides.
Finally, you can plan together in calendars you use together.
That is the whole idea. Dates is a tool built for calendars, made by people who were tired of building calendars in everything except a calendar.

FAQ
What is Dates by Agenda Hero?
Dates is our calendar maker. It's where you create a calendar that is printable, digital, and shareable, powered by Agenda Hero Magic. Magic turns text, photos, and PDFs into events. Dates is where those events become a calendar you and your people can actually use.
Do I have to give up Google, Apple, or Outlook?
Not at all. You can sync those calendars into Dates, and you can send events created in Agenda Hero out to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Dates plays nicely with the calendar you already have.
What calnedars can I connect?
Google, Apple, Outlook, TeamSnap, GameChanger, your school feed, another Agenda Hero calendar, and any ICS feed. Everything updates automatically, so you don't have to.
Can I really hide events that come from a feed?
Yes. Feeds arrive complete, and then you decide what stays on your calendar. Hide anything you don't need, including events that arrive from a feed, and only what matters to you is left. Third-grade choir concert when you have a second grader? Poof. Hidden.
Can other people help me build the calendar?
Yes. Invite co-editors the same way you would on a doc or spreadsheet. Update the tournament once, and it updates everywhere it appears.
Is it really printable?
Yes, and it's designed to be. Print the week ahead or the whole month, as often as you like. The layout resizes based on your content, so it fits the page and your phone.
Who gets text reminders?
Text reminders are part of the Family plan, which includes six Plus accounts. Pre-schedule messages to one person, a few people, or everyone, so the reminder goes to the right people at the right time. Texting is available to US numbers only.
How much does it cost?
Start free, with no time limit and no credit card. See pricing and plans when you're ready for more.
