You can bring the games, practices and events from TeamSnap, GameChanger, SportsEngine or any sports app into one calendar with Agenda Hero. Copy the calendar link from each app, add it as a source in Agenda Hero, and those events live alongside the rest of your life, in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Agenda Hero. Set it up once, and new events and changes come through on their own.
Why put every sports schedule in one calendar?
If your kid plays sports, part of your family's schedule probably lives inside an app, maybe more than one! Each app needs to be opened to answer the same questions: What time is the game? Where's practice? Which field? Did anything change?
If you have more than one child or more than one sport or activity, multiply that by every kid and every team. Soccer is in one app, baseball is in another, and the school calendar, work travel, and birthday parties are somewhere else entirely.
Agenda Hero takes the schedules out of those apps and puts them where you already look.
- One place to look: Soccer practice sits next to the school calendar, the doctor's appointment, and the birthday party.
- Set it and forget it: When the team adds a game or moves a practice, the change comes through on its own.
- Every kid at a glance: Give each source its own emoji, color, and name and label so you can see whose game it is without opening anything.
- Only what matters: Hide events from a feed that you don't need to see.
- The calendar you already use: See it all in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Agenda Hero.
The goal isn't another app to remember. It's the opposite: you just know where you need to be, and when.
How do I sync TeamSnap, GameChanger, or SportsEngine to my calendar?
It takes just a few steps, and you only do it once per team.
- Copy the calendar link from your sports app.
- On a computer, open Agenda Hero and navigate to your calendar or create a new one by clicking “Make a planner” from the Library/Dashboard.
- Navigate to Customize and then Sources.
- Click “Add a source” and “Paste a Calendar Link”.
- Paste in the link you copied from your sports app.
- Pick an emoji, a color, and a label.
- The source is now added to your calendar.
- See it in the calendar you use every day: click “Send to calendar”.
Where do I find my TeamSnap calendar link?
On the web, open your team schedule and click Subscribe/Export, then copy the calendar link.
On more than one team? From your TeamSnap dashboard, click Go to My Full Schedule, then Subscribe/Export. That gives you one link for all of your teams.
Where do I find my GameChanger calendar link?
In the GameChanger app, open your team, choose Schedule Sync, then Sync Schedule to Your Calendar, and copy the calendar link.
Note: staff, players, and parents get every team event, including practices. Followers of a team only get the game schedule.
Where do I find my SportsEngine calendar link?
Use the SportsEngine website for this one. The app's Subscribe button adds your schedule straight to Apple or Google Calendar without showing you a link to copy.
Sign in to SportsEngine on the web, open the Schedule tab, and click Sync Schedule. Choose Other Calendar, then click Copy. This works the same whether you use an iPhone, an Android phone, or a computer.
On Android, tapping Subscribe in the app and choosing Google Calendar also sends you an email titled "Calendar Feed Instructions" with the link inside.
Using a different app?
Most team and school apps offer a calendar link. Look for a button labeled Subscribe, Sync, Export, iCal, or webcal. Any calendar link in the ICS or webcal format works as a source in Agenda Hero.
Quick questions
Will new games added mid-season show up?
Yes. Once the source is set up, new events from the team's schedule are added automatically.
Can I look at just one kid's schedule?
Yes. Use the Filter control on your calendar and choose the specific filter you want to see to show one team at a time.
If I remove a team, does it change anything in TeamSnap or GameChanger?
No. Removing a source takes those events off your Agenda Hero calendar and the calendar you sent the source feed to from Agenda Hero. Nothing changes in the app they came from.
Want to build a calendar the whole team can see and print?
