You can bring your Google Calendar into Agenda Hero and keep it up to date automatically. When you change an event in Google, the change shows up in Agenda Hero. Once it’s connected, you can hide the events you don’t need, color-code the rest, add an emoji, and see it as a month, a week, or a list. Then print it or share it.

Why bring Google Calendar into Agenda Hero?

Google Calendar is probably just one of the places your schedule lives. There’s also the school calendar, the work calendar, the gym class schedule, the book club, the conference agenda, and every email that says “save the date.”

Agenda Hero brings all of it together in one place, including your Google Calendar, so you have one source of truth for everything you need to manage. And you don’t have to give anything up. You keep using Google Calendar, you just get to do more with it.

  • Stays up to date: Change an event in Google, and Agenda Hero keeps up.
  • Everything in one place: Your Google Calendar sits next to school calendars, sports schedules, and the other calendars you follow in Agenda Hero.
  • Hide the noise: Leave out the events that don’t apply, like work meetings on the family calendar, so only what matters shows up.
  • Make it yours: Add an emoji and color-code by category, and mark who each event belongs to.
  • See it your way: Look at it as a month, a week, a list, or cards, and switch anytime.
  • Print it: Make a printable version for the fridge that updates automatically when your events change.

How do I sync Google Calendar with Agenda Hero?

It takes five steps.

  1. On a computer, open your Agenda Hero calendar, click Customize, choose Sources, then add a source.
  2. Choose Google Calendar and sign in to your Google account.
  3. Pick which Google calendars to bring in.
  4. Choose an emoji and a category color.
  5. Hide anything you don’t need, then pick a view.

How do I hide events I don’t need?

There are two ways to hide an event in Agenda Hero.

  • From your calendar: hover over the event and click the eye icon.
  • From inside the event: open it, click Visible at the bottom, choose Hidden, then click Save.

Hidden events aren’t gone. When a calendar has hidden events, an eye icon appears in the bar at the top of the calendar. Click it to show your hidden events, then open any event and switch it back to Visible.

Is Agenda Hero’s Google Calendar sync two-way?

No. Changes sync in one direction: from where an event was created to where it’s sent.

Events from Google Calendar: When you bring Google Calendar into Agenda Hero as a source, changes made in Google come into Agenda Hero automatically. Agenda Hero refreshes your Google Calendar every few hours, and also whenever Google reports a change. To change one of these events, edit it in Google Calendar. It can’t be edited in Agenda Hero.

Events from Agenda Hero: When you add events from an Agenda Hero calendar to Google Calendar, changes made in Agenda Hero go out to Google automatically. You can still edit those events in Google, but those edits won’t come back into Agenda Hero. If you later edit the event in Agenda Hero, that change replaces whatever you changed in Google.

The simple rule: edit an event where it was created.

How do I print my Google Calendar?

Bring your Google Calendar into Agenda Hero, hide the events you don’t want on paper, and choose a printable view. You can print a month, a week, a list, or a whole year at a glance.

Printable views update automatically when your events change, so you can print a fresh copy anytime without starting over.

Can I combine Google Calendar with my other calendars?

Yes. One Agenda Hero calendar can pull from several sources: your Google Calendar, other Agenda Hero calendars, and calendar links from school or sports apps like TeamSnap and GameChanger.

Use the Filter control and choose Sources to see just one at a time.

Do I have to stop using Google Calendar?

No. Keep using Google Calendar exactly as you do now. Agenda Hero works alongside it.

Can I choose which Google calendars to bring in?

Yes. After you sign in, you pick which calendars to pull.

Can I edit my Google Calendar events in Agenda Hero?

No. Edit them in Google Calendar, and the changes will show up in Agenda Hero.
